When you don't use industrial methods you can choose to raise your fish wherever you want. We chose the amazing glacier-fed waters of Vancouver Island's Pacific Ocean. That's because it is the best water in the world for raising the best salmon: fresh, optimal salt content and cold.

Sometimes it means being on the lookout for the local black bear trying to feed her cubs with our salmon. But those are the pitfalls of raising fish in this natural environment.

Our farmers are checking the water constantly and testing it to ensure it remains pure and pristine with the perfect salinity and cold temperature levels that our salmon love.
