The Craftsman Farmers of Skuna Bay are experts in thinking of ways to get their salmon to their customers in perfect condition. They know not everyone can take their own full, 10 lb salmon every time or trim their own fillets perfectly. So they worked with the Salmon Experts who pioneered the "Source Cut" fillets and utilized the same Cryovak 10K technology to invent a way to get the same, fresh-from-the-ocean salmon to customers in a perfect portion.
