Each year our Craftsman Farmers select six talented chefs from around America to be featured at the historic Beard House. The selected Chefs have all previously worked with Skuna Bay Salmon and understands the amount of care and attention our Craftsman Farmers apply in raising their fish. There really can be no better way for each of these Chefs to honor our farmers and salmon than to plate of their own version of the perfect salmon dish.
