The Vancouver Island Craft Raised Salmon will again be served at this special dinner by chefs representing some of the country’s most well-known culinary centers: James Beard Awards Semifinalist (Best Chefs in America 2017 and 2018) Chef Noah Sandoval from the two Michelin Star Oriole in Chicago IL; James Beard Awards Semifinalist (Best Chefs in America 2013) Chef Sylva Senat from Maison 208 in Philadelphia, PA; James Beard Awards Nominee (Rising Star Chef of the Year 2018) Chef Sarah Rinkavage from Marisol in Chicago, IL; Chef Max Cavaleri from Restaurant Associates, New York; Chef Jason McClain from Jonathan Club, Los Angeles, CA and last but not least Chef Miro Uskokovic from Gramercy Tavern in New York will be finishing the evening with decadent dessert.

"The James Beard Foundation’s mission to celebrate, nurture and honor chefs as well as other leaders who contribute to America’s food culture is perfectly aligned with the goals of our ‘Salmon Seduction’ dinner,” said Adam O’Brien, General Manager for Skuna Bay Salmon. “We are thrilled to use this platform to honor not only our amazing line-up of Chefs, but especially to celebrate and showcase the infinite possibilities of salmon.”

The chefs were selected as the featured chefs because they all fit a very special requirement: not only do they hold reputations as outstanding chefs who work with only the finest ingredients, but they also have worked with Skuna Bay Salmon in their kitchens and can attest to the attention to detail and responsible standards the Craftsman Farmers of Skuna Bay have set.

“Salmon Seduction has been such a unique and exciting dinner experience over the past few years, we are thrilled to be hosting it at the Beard House once again,” said Izabela Wojcik, Director of House Programming for the James Beard Foundation. “As always, Skuna Bay has invited a talented roster of chefs who will create a stunning array of dishes to explore the salmon's true versatility.”
