Chef Gresik’s reputation for quality and innovation as Executive Chef at restaurant legend Celestino Drago’s flagship restaurant resulted in his invitation to join as a founding member of the Skuna Bay Family of Chefs. Chef Ian graduated at the top of his class at the California School of Culinary Arts Le Cordon Bleu and has plied his trade as Pastry Chef and Sous Chef at Patina Restaurant, as professional food consultant for JBS Consulting and an externship in the Basque region of France where he worked at Mandion Patissier Restaurant embracing the restaurant’s rich tradition of bringing together European fare with fine dining. A Southern California native, Chef Ian returned to Los Angeles with a love for European arts, influencing him to create unique flavors through his remarkable creations and concepts at Drago Centro.
